Box Office opens 2 hours prior to every performance, and your ticket will be waiting for you at that time.
Do I get a reserved seat? When do doors open? When should I get there?
TPM productions are General Admission. We recommend arriving at the theatre 30 minutes prior to show time to ensure you are not rushed to get your ticket and your preferred seat. This will also give you time to relax, chat and hang out at our bar which opens 30 minutes prior to show time.
How long is the show? Is there an intermission?
Running time for each show varies, as do intermissions. You can call our box office at 416.504.7529 to find out the specifics for each show.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Sure! But if we’re sold out there wont be one for you! We always recommend buying your ticket in advance so that you’re not disappointed. But if you’re joining us last minute then yes you can try to buy a ticket at the door. We recommend arriving as early as possible to give yourself the best chance!
How does PWYC work?
Pay-What-You-Can performances are held on Saturdays at 2:30. Just hand us what you’re able to pay and you get a ticket for the show. Tickets for PWYC are CASH ONLY. Box Office opens 2 hours prior to show time, and tickets are on a first come first serve basis.
Think you didn’t pay enough for a PWYC show you really enjoyed? Yes we accept retroactive payments. Just let our Box office or Front of house staff know you’d like to pay more and we’ll gladly accept your increased donation to the theatre. We also have some advanced tickets for the Saturday matinees available at full price if you want to ensure there is a seat.
Do you sell snacks or drinks?
Yes! We have a fantastic bar and concessions located on the mezzanine of our Mainspace theatre. The bar opens 30 minutes prior to curtain and you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee from the bar seating throughout the show (provided you’re seeing a show in the mainspace)
